Eden is a sub-community in The Valley, developed by the renowned Emaar Properties. It marks the first villa cluster within the larger master community and includes several blocks of two-storey villas with modern finishes. The homes come in three distinct architectural styles: Spruce, May Bell, and Iris, each designed to reflect a blend of comfort and functionality.

The project is well-connected to the rest of Dubai via two key roads E66 and E77.
