Brief Overview

Launched in November 2019 by Emaar Properties, The Valley is a master-developed residential community along the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of the city's key districts. It is an eco-friendly neighborhood with emphasis on eco-living through extensive outside spaces, a perfect place for families looking for a serene, nature-oriented lifestyle. The Valley is conveniently situated near such large developments as Dubailand and DAMAC Hills 2, both providing seclusion and accessibility.

The development has been planned in various phases. Phase One comprises eleven clusters such as Eden and the most recent, Lillia. Phase Two was introduced in 2024 with over 4,500 villas and townhouses across 200 hectares. Lifestyle facilities such as a 32,000 sq. m Town Centre, sports courts, splash parks, and exclusive wellness zones. Emaar's vision introduces a mix of urban convenience and recreational facilities along with green landscapes and themed parks for an active lifestyle.

The Valley is a large residential community by Emaar Properties situated on the outskirts of Dubai. Initially revealed in November 2019, the community will provide a self-sufficient lifestyle with a vast array of amenities such as parks, sports facilities, and wellness spaces. The development is geared mostly towards families, with several sub-communities featuring 3 to 5-bedroom villas and townhouses.

The Valley is situated on the E66 highway, providing convenient access to Sharjah, Academic City, and other major locations of Dubai. Even though situated away from the city center, it has good road connectivity, making commuting easy for residents. The Pavilion shopping mall and planned 32,000 sq. m Town Centre are within walking distance of residential clusters, with restaurants, shops, and a farmers' market.

Phase Two of the development, which rolled off in 2024, covers 200 hectares and includes over 4,500 homes and wide recreational complexes. There are flower farms, orchards, riverfront benches, yoga lawns, and play and fitness areas. These homeowners will also enjoy a Sports Village with a basketball court, tennis courts, and padel courts, as well as a junior soccer pitch.

The Valley is scheduled for full completion by the end of 2028. Sub-communities like Eden and Lillia have already been unveiled, with more planned under the second phase. Once completed, The Valley will be one of Dubai’s most comprehensive residential communities focusing on nature, wellness, and family living.
