About Dubailand

Dubailand is an extensive residential and entertainment mega-project by Dubai Properties Group, originally launched by Tatweer in October 2003. Initially conceived as a 2 billion sq. ft. development, it has expanded to cover 3 million sq. ft. The project was designed to include six themed worlds, but has since evolved, with Dubai Properties Group taking over and developing it into individual projects. Some originally planned components like Dubai Sports City, Dubai Motor City, Mudon, and Arabian Ranches are now popular independent communities.

Located off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Dubailand encompasses various districts such as Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, Dubailand Oasis, Layan, Majan, Falcon City of Wonders, Living Legends, Villanova, Rukan, Tiger Woods, and Al Waha.
