Brief Overview

Bay Central is a premier waterfront complex located in Dubai Marina, completed in December 2012 by Select Group in collaboration with Dubai Civil Engineering. It includes three distinct towers: Central Tower (50 floors/180 m), West Tower (42 floors), and East Tower (42 floors) housing the InterContinental Dubai Marina hotel.

The residential portion numbers 747 apartments in Central and West Towers, spanning studios to 3-bedroom units, alongside luxurious 4–5 bedroom penthouses that reach up to 3,767 sq ft with expansive terraces. The shared podium beneath includes retail outlets, restaurants, and seamless access to Marina Walk, JBR Beach, and the Dubai Tram.

Developed by Select Group in partnership with Dubai Civil Engineering, Bay Central was completed in December 2012 . The architectural design consolidates three towers on a shared podium featuring retail and leisure facilities.

The residential towers include studios (445 sq ft), 1 bedroom (651:857 sq ft), 2 bedroom (1,100 sq ft), and 3 bedroom (1,537:1,995 sq ft) layouts. Penthouse units extend to four or five bedrooms with private terraces and panoramic Marina views.
