Dubai Properties launched Rahat as Phase One of the larger Mudon development. It offers purpose built villas aimed at families seeking large plots and tranquil, suburban like street layouts. Types A, C, and D are three to five bedrooms and offer private gardens and garages.
Handed over in phases, most of the villa types were handed over during 2013-2016. The development includes a variety of floor plans, ranging from 3‑bed with around 2,000 sq ft to 5‑bed layouts in the vicinity of 3,500 sq ft for which there are detailed 2D and 3D floor plans.
Developer Dubai Properties also focused on community and family in its design, with features like children play areas, street landscaping, and community centers. As the first sub-community of Mudon, Rahat set the trend for the area's low-density, pedestrian-centric lifestyle
The draw is its balance: larger villa plots in a peaceful gated village, but still within handy reach of Motor City, Arabian Ranches, and Dubai Hills. This balance of solitude, security, and community facilities gives Rahat its unique identity.
