Motor City is situated within DubaiLand, near Arabian Ranches, and consists of two residential neighborhoods alongside a business park built around a former Formula 1 race track. Although a theme park was initially part of the master plan, it was later cancelled.
Residents have the option to live in apartments within the low- to mid-rise buildings of UpTown Motor City or choose villas and townhouses in the Green Community. This variety of housing attracts a diverse community of families, couples, and singles from many nationalities who live together in harmony.
