Madinat Jumeirah is an upscale mixed-use development located in Dubai, Jumeirah. Dubai Holding built the development, whose initial hotel, Mina A'Salam, was opened in 2003. The entire development occupies 40 hectares and hosts Arabian-inspired traditional architectural elements with luxury. It has a prominent 5-kilometer waterway that meanders through hotels, villas, shopping, and cultural experiences.
The residential community, Madinat Jumeirah Living (MJL), was rolled out in 2018 and will be completed mid-2026. MJL is a freehold property project situated opposite Burj Al Arab, consisting of 60 towers that provide apartments from 784 sq. ft to 3,584 sq. ft in size. The project caters to singles, couples, and families.
