Jumeirah Lake Towers was developed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and established as a mixed-use freehold area. Officially launched in 2002, JLT has grown rapidly into a vibrant community that includes residential towers, commercial spaces, hotels, and retail facilities. The community has become one of Dubai’s most well-connected neighborhoods, offering high-rise living along scenic lakes.
