City Walk Dubai is an excellently planned urban project by MERAAS, located in the preferred Jumeirah neighborhood. The project spans over 900,000 sq. m., which was developed over two phases and includes an autonomous residential cluster. The property has a blend of residential and commercial units, constructed with intent for high-end habitation. It is defined by its active lifestyle, excellent shopping and dining outlets, and is considered a nexus point of Jumeirah, hence a favorite among visitors.
The City Walk Dubai developments comprise 34 towers that are both high-rise and mid-rise residential towers and a flagship commercial strip. The towers' glass facades with their breathtaking views come with 1 to 4-bedroom residential apartments, as well as 3 and 4-bedroom duplex apartments. All properties in Citywalk are freehold in character and can further be leased, with prices ranging from 912 sq. ft. for 1-bedroom apartment up to about 5,906 sq. ft. for 4-bedroom apartment.
Apartments are designed with wide corridors, glazed windows with individual views, and en-suite bathrooms in each room. Master bedroom suites have walk-in closets and balcony views, while ordinary bedrooms have closet areas and full-size windows. Apartments also consist of a dining area, fully tiled kitchen, maid's room, powder room, and laundry space. Duplex flats may consist of up to two balconies, two lounges, and a private swimming pool.
Unique selling points of City Walk include its ideal location near Downtown Dubai, good accessibility, and a variety of amenities such as an outdoor shopping complex, promenades, parks, children's play areas, the Coca Cola Arena, and unique architectural features. The community also includes a unique water feature, children's play areas, concert and exhibition stages, creating a lively and interactive environment for residents and visitors alike.
