Al Raha Beach

Al Raha Beach is a mixed-use development by Aldar Properties in Abu Dhabi. The master-planned community consists of eleven precincts, a mix of waterfront residences and commercial properties. Al Zeina, Khor Al Raha (which includes Al Muneera and Al Khubeira), and Al Bandar are the first phase developments to be finished around 2010-2011. These communities contain over 2,600 residential units, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and penthouses.

The remaining western precincts under Phase 2 are ongoing and no completion date has been officially announced yet. Upon completion, the area will further enhance the living standards in Al Raha Beach with more amenities, recreational spaces, and business hubs. The area also has significant landmarks such as Al Raha Beach Hotel and Al Noor Tower.

The properties have various configurations and high-end facilities such as walk-in closets, private terraces, and parking. The complex also features essential services such as schools, nurseries, and clinics, hence a full self-contained neighborhood. Al Zeina is particularly designed to be the "garden city" of the complex, with parks and common areas.
