Founded by Abyaar Real Estate Development as one of the first freehold projects in Jumeirah, Acacia Avenues was launched December 2006 and built from mid‑2008 with villa handovers completed around 2012 and tower handovers by 2013 .

It features seven residential towers and 52 villas across 94,000 sqm. The high‑rise buildings Hilliana (31 storeys), Olgana (38 storeys), and others like Cloud 9 and Bahia offer studios to 3BR apartments and penthouses, each enclosing floor to ceiling windows and sea‑facing balconies.

The villas are available in 5:6 bedroom configurations, ranging from 4,800 to 7,000 sq ft built up area, designed with SieMatic kitchens, high ceilings, and expansive glazing for natural light.

Architecturally, the masterplan created by Urban Design Studio draws inspiration from Fez, Morocco. It features Mediterranean style façades with white finishes, pitched roofs, and interior layouts by Matteo Nunziati.

Set along Sheikh Zayed Road between Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah, the development is fully gated and mature.
