Ghoroob Mirdif

Ghoroob Mirdif is a thoughtfully designed sub-community in Mirdif, Dubai, developed by Dubai Properties Group. Completed in 2010, the project was launched to fulfill the demand for affordable housing in well-connected areas of the city. Featuring a mix of five architectural styles, the residential buildings are low-rise and designed to enhance community interaction.

The neighbourhood is well-equipped with urban infrastructure including intercom facilities, security systems, and landscaped surroundings. Residents benefit from covered parking, spacious layouts, built-in wardrobes, and district cooling systems.
