About Park Towers

Park Towers is a mixed-use twin tower development located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Developed by DAMAC Properties, the project consists of two high-rise buildings with 49 floors each, offering a mix of apartments, offices, and shops. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2011, with the development recognized as the “Best Mixed-Use Development in the World.”

The towers stand at 120 metres and are connected by a podium level that accommodates parking and retail facilities. Residential units begin from the 12th floor, while lower levels include offices and commercial spaces. Each apartment features expansive balconies overlooking DIFC, Zabeel Palace, and Downtown Dubai.

Architecture & Design Features

The twin towers are elliptical in shape, which means their floor-plates change shape as the towers rise: they expand from the base towards a mid-point, then recede toward the top. No two floors have exactly the same layout.

The façade uses triangular, solar-glass panels (energy-reducing glass) each panel is a different size and shape, making the façade a complex “3D puzzle” that required advanced computer modelling and controlled fabrication.

The exterior includes aluminum cladding, brushed feature grilles trimmed with stainless steel and granite, and is accentuated with blue LED lighting for the podium and façade elements.
