About Living Legends
Living Legends is a large-scale residential development located in Wadi Al Safa 3 within DubaiLand. Spanning approximately 14 million square feet, the project consists of 500 villas and 12 residential towers with over 2,000 apartments. The development was completed in 2015 and is designed as a freehold gated community.
The Living Legends project includes a mix of residential, educational, and retail components. It features a nursery, international school, mosque, and a retail plaza, making it a self-contained community intended to accommodate up to 20,000 residents.
Living Legends was developed by Tanmiyat Global and launched in 2007. Although initially delayed due to the global financial crisis, the project progressed in phases and saw handovers beginning in 2016. The architectural consultant was TPM Engineering Consultancies, with Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting Company as the main contractor.
The master plan includes villas arranged around a nine-hole golf course and residential towers positioned along the perimeter. While some elements such as the golf course remain incomplete, the Living Legends community is operational with core infrastructure and residential units in place.
