The development includes a total of 180 residential units as well as office spaces. The concept of Burj Al Salam  was originally planned as three separate towers dedicated to offices, a hotel, and residential units. Due to height limitations and engineering considerations, the three concepts were merged into a single tower structure that visually appears as one mass.
