Brief Overview

The Burj Khalifa, completed in January 2010 by Emaar Properties, soars to a height of 828 m across 163 floors, making it the tallest building in the world. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Dubai, it blends ultra luxury residential, hospitality, retail, and office spaces. The tower accommodates around 900 apartments, alongside the 160-room Armani Hotel and 144 bespoke Armani Residences all integrated seamlessly into the Dubai Mall complex and the Metro station.

Inside, residents & guests enjoy over five indoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness centres (including Armani Spa and Gym), multiple lounges, and concierge services . Features like Sky Lobbies on levels 43, 76, and 123 house swimming pools, jacuzzis, and lounges. The tower also boasts “At.mosphere” on the 122nd floor, Armani/SPA on level 3, as well as five total pools spread across hotel and residential sections.

Burj Khalifa’s design is inspired by the Hymenocallis Spider Lily and features a bundled-tube structure crafted by Adrian Smith of SOM. Cultural art installations like Jaume Plensa’s “World Voices” and Karim Rashid’s “Evolutes” adorn its lobbies, reinforcing the tower’s role as both an architectural and artistic icon.
