DAMAC Lagoons is a large off-plan residential project by DAMAC Properties, which will be a major waterfront destination in Dubai. Nudged by DAMAC Hills envelop, the venture is spread out across a vast 45 million sq. ft. and will be developed in eight distinct Mediterranean-inspired clusters named Venice, Morocco, Portofino, Santorini, Costa Brava, Andalusia, Malta, and Nice.
