About Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah was developed by Nakheel Properties and officially launched in 2001. It spans 560 hectares and comprises a mix of apartments, villas, townhouses, and luxury hotels. Designed in the shape of a palm tree, the island features a central Trunk, 16 Fronds, and an outer Crescent that hosts many beachfront resorts.
The apartments are mainly located on the Trunk and come in various configurations from studio to 6-bedroom units. These offer premium interiors, with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, and some with balconies, terraces, or maid’s rooms. Villas, found along the Fronds, range from 2 to 10 bedrooms and offer private beach access, expansive layouts, and diverse architectural styles from traditional Arabic to modern luxury.
