Tilal Properties

Tilal Properties is a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management and Eskan Real Estate Development, established to drive urban development in the emirate. Its flagship project, Tilal City, spans 25 million sq. ft. and offers a wide range of residential, retail, and mixed-use plots for sale. The development provides non-GCC nationals with the opportunity to purchase land on a 100-year leasehold basis, a first of its kind in Sharjah.

Tilal Properties' developments are built with a focus on infrastructure and planning, integrating green spaces and community facilities. Tilal City has been completed with road networks, sewage, and power connections in place, making plots ready for immediate construction. It’s designed to accommodate around 65,000 residents upon full development.
