Tamouh Investments LLC was established in 2005 in Abu Dhabi as part of the Royal Group. It is the master developer behind major Al Reem Island projects like Marina Square and City of Lights, delivering integrated residential and commercial towers

The firm also created Horizon Towers and is developing Reem Downtown, introducing sustainable urban planning with light transit and mixed-use zones. It focuses on megaprojects that combine residential, retail, leisure, and hospitality components

Under CEO Ghanem Mubarak Al Mansoori, whose 27+ years include roles at ADIC and other key financial institutions, Tamouh has delivered over 300 projects and subsidiaries in asset management, community services, and retail operations.

Tamouh also emphasizes sustainability through its Green Initiative—using eco‑friendly energy and recycling systems—and offers flexible payment plans, demonstrated by a 5‑year post‑handover option in Horizon Towers.
