Sharafi Group was formed in 1924 and has since grown to become a key player in the UAE’s construction, real estate development and hospitality sectors. Their portfolio spans consulting, architecture, interior and landscape design, contracting, joinery and fit-out, properties (villas, offices, land) and facilities management.
The group’s early real-estate venture dates back to the 1970s with the launch of the Canon Building on the Dubai Creek waterfront. Their focus on construction and hospitality expanded in 2006 and beyond – for example founding A&S Contracting in 2013 to strengthen their engineering and construction division.
