The company developed the i-Rise tower, a 36-storey commercial office building in TECOM Site C, which was completed in May 2011 after receiving its final completion certificate.

The i-Rise tower features a built-up area of over 176,516 m² and offers office spaces ranging from 46 m² to 325 m² in executive and corporate formats. The development includes integrated retail space at ground level and is designed with a curvilinear structure to maximise daylight, contributing to energy efficiency.
