Mismak Properties Co. LLC (“Mismak”), established in 2006, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FGB and operates as a holding company for the Group’s real estate investments. The company manages investment properties across Abu Dhabi and Dubai and has developed multiple freehold projects, particularly on Al Reem Island and in Dubai. Its portfolio includes residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Mismak has delivered several projects such as Ocean Terrace, Addax Tower, and Hills Abu Dhabi, along with developments in Dubai like Spring at the Oasis and Opal Tower. Many of its developments have been sold out, reflecting consistent delivery and market demand. The company also provides property sales and advisory services, and manages projects for FGB through its Engineering Section.
