Jumeirah Golf Estates (L.L.C) is the official master developer of the Jumeirah Golf Estates community in Dubai. Founded in 2009 and now fully owned by the Government of Dubai through the Investment Corporation of Dubai, the developer oversees a vast residential area featuring more than 1,500 villas, townhouses, and apartments across 20 gated subcommunities. Approximately 75% of the properties overlook the golf courses, while the remaining 25% enjoy views of lakes and landscaped greenery.

The community spans 1,119 hectares and is home to extensive lifestyle facilities, including two Greg Norman–designed 18-hole golf courses, Earth and Fire, as well as a golf school, tennis school, clubhouse, and fine dining venues. Several projects are under development with expected completion timelines between 2025 and 2027, ensuring continued expansion of this landmark golf destination.
