Falconcity of Wonders LLC

Falconcity of Wonders LLC, established in 2005, is the developer of the Falcon City of Wonders project in Dubai, a 41-million-square-foot development shaped like a falcon, the UAE’s national emblem. The project includes international-themed villas, apartments, shopping malls, hotels, and replicas of the seven wonders of the world. As of 2022, only the Left Wing was completed, with significant progress resuming in 2016 after securing USD 2 billion in funding. A 2023 land auction sold 794 plots for AED 1.3 billion, supporting ongoing construction of residential and commercial spaces.

The project features over 600 completed villas and townhouses in sub-communities like Western Residence North and South, with architectural themes such as Andalusia, Aegean, New World, and Santa Fe. Planned attractions like the Dueiffel Tower, Pyramid’s Park, and Town of Venice aim to make it a major tourist and residential hub.
