Al Zorah Development Company

Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, was incorporated on October 31, 2007, to develop Al Zorah City, a premier coastal destination in Ajman, UAE.

Located along a natural peninsula on the coastline of Ajman, Al Zorah spans 5.4 million square meters of virgin coastal land, featuring creeks and mangrove forests. It offers a serene setting, away from the bustle of larger cities, yet is only 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

The development is masterfully planned by Solidere International, known for creating refined ‘Places for Life.’ Al Zorah provides an integrated, human-scale environment that fosters a sense of community and delivers a holistic experience for residents and visitors.
